Ingredients:
- 4 cups greens (I like to rotate between a few, but mostly spinach & kale)
- Handful of pineapple chunks
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ยฝ-1 cup water if needed to blend
To Make
Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth baby!
